HOTEL CABARET AND BAR

Coastal Entertainment

We were approached by Warner Leisure Hotels to redesign their cabaret venue and bar at Sinah Warren Hotel on Hayling Island.

Our brief was to refurbish the existing cabaret space with a view to comfortably seating 520 hotel guests for evening entertainment, to create an immersive theatre experience. The project required a tight fit out programme to suit the busy hotel, resulting in a full refurbishment programme of 22 days.

The space inherited was restricted by faux columns and arched partitions limiting seating areas and views to the stage. The areas were reworked to open up the plan and a clear glass screen added instead to open up views into the entertainment from the bar but give some acoustic separation.

Design Detail

A vibrant palette of deep turquoise, jade and mustard yellow were used, highlighted with bronze and metallic finishes to create a glamorous feel while also drawing from its coastal location.

Finishes and fabrics had to be a combination of luxurious and hardwearing for the busy venue.

The bespoke banquette seating has been designed to delineate the space as well as provide maximum comfort for guests.

Bespoke Joinery

Bespoke joinery was required for a new bar using a combination of walnut panels; lit subway tiling, antiqued mirrors and mixed coloured glass pendants. Walnut CNC, LED lit screens with mirrored sections delineate seating sections.
