Coastal hotel projects in Suffolk, Hayling Island and the Isle of Wight have given the opportunity to create some coastal themed bedrooms as part of wider refurbishment programmes. Creating relaxed, warm, welcoming rooms with designs related to their location.
Design Detail
Practical furniture design for plenty of holiday stay storage in bespoke casegood packages using tongue and groove boards detailed with softer distressed style timbers. The interior scheme was created to be warm and friendly using classic deckchair-style stripes, coral and yacht printed wall papers and beach pebble prints for throws and cushions.
The classic coastal colour palette of bold navy and sandy yellow or warm coral tones and contrasting aqua blues enhance the holiday ambience. Framed images of local beauty spots, sections of historic maps and the references to building’s history.
